Following the publication of the report by the Independent Expert Group on Mobile Phones a research programme, called the Link Mobile Telecommunications and Health Research Programme (MTHR), has been set up to look into the possible health impact of Mobile Telecommunications.

Mobile Phone Research Announced
The Mobile Telecommunications and Health Research (MTHR) Programme announced in June 2008 that work had started on a new study (COSMOS) to investigate whether the use of mobile phones is linked to long-term health effects such as brain cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The COSMOS study has its own web site.

Report 2007
