Zenon Sienkiewicz obtained his PhD from Queen
Mary College, University of London, for research into the
neurobiology of memory. Following postdoctoral work at the
University of Oxford, he joined NRPB (now part of the Health
Protection Agency) in 1985. His research interests include
the neurophysiological and behavioural effects of magnetic
fields and radiofrequency radiation. He has written a wide
variety of scientific papers, reviews and articles on these
topics. He is a consulting expert of ICNIRP and a member of
a number of other groups and committees concerned with the
effects of non-ionising radiation.
